A session is a rental for a defined duration.
Without necessarily knowing your exact rental dates, by purchasing sessions of 1h, 2h, 1 / 2d or day valid for 1 year in all our business centers in advance , you will achieve savings ranging from 10 to 20% depending on the number of session (s) selected!
Example:
Your meetings last approximately 2 hours.
You buy a pack of 3 sessions with a duration of 2 hours.
You can book these 3 sessions of 2 hours whenever you want, at
anytime you want, year-round .The pack is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. It's easy and makes

Booking and payment conditions
You have the choice of payment, either on our secure platform (recommended) or by any other means of your choice (bank transfer, cash or by credit card) outside our platform. We inform you that we do not accept checks.

CONDITIONS OF CANCELLATION OF RENT WORKSPACE Ékypé ™ FLEX
It is defined by the term “Ékypé ™ FLEX workspace”: meeting rooms, à la carte offices and coworking spaces.
A reservation option does not bind the parties, only the actual payment of the rental makes it possible to reserve the space.
A reservation date can be canceled at any time by the client under the following conditions:
• More than 48 hours before the scheduled date: no fees will be retained.
• 48 hours before the scheduled date: 50% of the amount of the reservation will be retained as compensation.
• 24 hours before the scheduled date: 100% of the amount of the reservation will be retained as compensation.

• If you have not consumed a session in the month of its purchase, we will fully reimburse your pack
• If you have consumed a session, it is not possible to reimburse the number of remaining session (s).
