Assistant·e de gestion h/f

The management assistant collects, analyzes and monitors the company's expenses, income or investments. You process the mail on a daily basis, manage the pay slips, manage the unpaid bills, keep the accounts up to date and contact the customers.
Under the supervision of the Administrative Manager, you will also establish the accounting situations and management statements necessary for the proper management of the activity through your entries of entries and your reports.

 

│THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT:

Financial management

  • Bank reconciliation,

  • Management of customer and supplier accounts,

  • Monitoring of arrears,

  • Entry and recording of customer and supplier invoices,

  • Management of expense reports,

  • Perform cash transfers; payment and monitoring of third parties,

  • Cash monitoring,

  • Holding the box,

  • Preparation of items relating to the balance sheet,

  • Balance sheet entries.

 

Administrative management

  • Monitor relationships with customers, suppliers, banks, tax services and social organizations.

  • Provide administrative support to members of the Business Center,*

  • Ensure the legal-contractual area (updating contracts, monitoring supplier contract),

  • Write the current mail relating to administrative and accounting affairs,

  • Follow up on supplier contract deadlines.

 

Social management

  • Ensure social management and monitoring (excluding pay),

│TRAINING / EXPERIENCE

  • You come from a minimum Bac +2 BTS Accounting training,

  • You have at least 5 years of significant experience as a management assistant or back office manager.

│MAIN TRAITS OF PERSONALITIES
You have a good interpersonal skills, you are rigorous, very organized and very meticulous, versatility, adaptability and a spirit of initiative are essential.

CONDITIONS

Type of contract: C.D.I. with 1 month trial​.
Starting salary: € 22 K per year on a basis of 35 hours per week +
